We have 6 group fitness certified instructors who each have a passion for making your class rock with excitement. Don’t worry if you are just starting your new life of living healthy or you are an avid fan of fitness because at FitLife we will show you modifications for all levels throughout the class. Fit Strong: A high intensity interval class with a boot camp twist. You will sweat and burn calories to high energy and fun music!
Fit Strength: This is a muscle conditioning class that targets every muscle group within the one hour class. Students move quickly between transition of muscle groups in order to keep your heart rate elevated, hence this class targets cardiovascular fitness as well as muscle tone.
Fit Yoga: A Hatha Yoga journey that consist of standing poses, forward bends, twist and arm balances for a complete total workout of the body, mind and spirit. ( Intermediate-Advance)
Fit Step: 30 Min of continous cardio on the Step… followed by 20 Min of Muscle conditioning then cool down.
Zumba: A complete cardio workout that includes Latin and Hip Hop Dance. Zumba is Exercise in Disguise!
Zumba Toning: Zumba class using the “Shaky Sticks” Bring yours if you have them. However they are provided by FitLife. (first come first serve)
Gentle Yoga: A Hatha Yoga journey focused more on relaxation and stretching.
Fit Bodyball: In this class you incorporate the Large Bodyball to help facilitate the conditioning of every muscle group within the one hour class. Students move quickly between transition of muscle groups in order to keep your heart rate elevated, hence this class targets cardiovascular fitness as well as muscle tone.
Members please note that sometimes the class listed on the schedule may not be the one taught that day. Emergencies arise and other instructors are willing to fill in but may not be trained for that particular class. Thank you for understanding in advance.
